We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

• Include all original packaging

Starting a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@riavono.com or through the contact form on our website. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at info@riavono.com with clear photos attached. Our team will assess the situation promptly and ensure the issue is resolved, including sending a replacement if necessary.

The following are not considered defects or valid reasons for return due to quality issues:

• Material details: Loose threads, unfinished edges, variations in thickness or texture, and color differences caused by screen settings
• Style and preference: Dissatisfaction with style, color, or changed personal preferences
• Post-purchase damage: Damage caused by use, washing, improper care, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors
• Sizing: Please consult our size guide before purchasing. While our customer service can make recommendations, size-related returns are not considered quality issues
• Design variations: Minor size differences may occur between garments of the same size depending on design and style

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards
• Special order or personalized products

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following our return procedure. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed quickly and can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel later, please wait until you receive your order and then follow the return procedure.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds for non-sale items will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
